We woke up with some more drifting pieces of ice and decided we wanted sail through it since it isn't very common to see this. We already figured out it was less expensive compared with other activities and Geert wanted to drive the amphibian vehicle. So enough reasons to do so. When we came at the ticket booth there was a sign that said all tickets for this day already were sold. So I asked if there were some cancellation. There weren't but I was free to ask over a couple of hours. So we walked along the lake. It became a little more clear so we could see the glacier. The sight of the glacier at the end of the lake was unique. Then we walked to the sea, the water was low, so a lot of ice was found on the beach. This was again an astonishing thing to see, big blocks of ice on a black beach. We made some nice pictures and went to the ticket booth again to ask for cancellations. And again it was my lucky day, there were some free tickets and 30 minutes later we were on the busboat of boatbus riding to the lake to sail with the ice. We enjoyed it a lot. Then we went on the road again. Geert wanted to drive one more time through the highlands. So I picked a road that was kind of on the way ahead. We weren't able to make it to the start before the night. So we spend the night along the way.
